What are erection problems?
If you often have trouble getting or keeping an erection, you may have erectile dysfunction, or ED. ED used to be called “impotence.”
What causes an erection?
When you are sexually stimulated, your brain sends nerve signals to the penis, causing the muscles in the penis to relax and let blood flow into it. The penis becomes larger and firmer, like an inflated balloon. The veins in the penis are then closed off to trap the blood. After climax or after the sexual arousal has passed, the veins open up and blood flows back into the body. Continue reading

Dr. Lai Sui Fan (Yuk She) is the originator of the Suifan’s Kwang Tze Solution, which has been utilized in the Asian culture for years to promote healthy sexual activity (warm the channels and dispel cold). If you’re impotent, the quickest way to put yourself on the road to recovery is to put the problem in perspective: You’re not alone. Doctors estimate that as many as ten million American men are impotent. The problem appears to be associated with age, with about 1.9 percent of 40-year-olds experiencing it-all the way up to 25 percent of men 65 years old. But once impotence develops, it need not be a lifelong problem. And curing it need not take a lot of time.
For some men who have been unable to achieve or maintain an erection, the solution has been surgically implanted prosthesis, a device that achieves an erection through mechanical means. But with new and faster methods of treating impotence, mechanical erections are rapidly becoming the treatment of last resort-reserve for only the most severe cases of physiological impotence. Delayed ejaculation is an adverse effect of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) in men. Dapoxetine (marketed as Priligy, a short-acting SSRI, is the first drug to be marketed for premature ejaculation.
After oral administration, peak plasma concentrations of Dapoxetine are reached after an hour. Elimination is relatively rapid and the terminal half-life is approximately 19 hours.
There have been several randomized controlled trials of dapoxetine for premature ejaculation. The primary outcome for most of the trials was ‘intravaginal ejaculatory latency time’ measured by the partner using a stopwatch. Continue reading
As humans, we always search for sexual satisfaction, something that most people rarely find. Sex is the major thing that can make or break relationships, confidence, etc. Sexuality is not rooted only in physical contacts but also in our psyche and these both need to be in top shape in order to reach complete satisfaction. What happens when one of these is out of balance? Will this make the whole thing under threat? The answer is, unfortunately, hardly encouraging.
The most common sexual problem of men is premature ejaculation. The American father of sexual research, Alfred Kinsey, conducted studies between 1948 and 1953. These studies showed that three quarters of all men ejaculate within the first few minutes of penetration in more than half of sexual encounters. Roughly, a third of men are not able to control ejaculation in the majority of their sexual encounters. This proves that premature ejaculation is a huge problem for many men and their sexual partners. The problem with premature ejaculation is that spoils the fun of both partners. Nobody wants a good time to end too quickly. Continue reading
